hello, welcome back to my daily activities, now i'm in 5 semester. on the first day in this week we must to be focus with pastry for improve our self in basic pastry. For that things we must to really focus or cosentration to make pastry, so we can make a kind of pastry well. so , for this firts meeting, i will showing to you about my picture activity for today.
the point of the pictures is how to make sugar dough that chef salam teach us already. This is the first time i met him. and i like the way he teaching us. He is expert of making pastry, and i hope i can make a pastry taste like him.
