Good night, this is my second daily activities for this week. for today as same as yesterday, the theme is about pastry. Me anda my team getting a task for make an orange,  and lemon tart. So now, i will show you the pictures that i took during the process of making the orange lemon tart.


  • step 1, heat the water
  • and then , add the eggs, sugar, lemon jc, orange jc,orange zest ( chopped), and mix it until just set, and put in gelatine.
  •  aftter that, sabayong ingredients that have been mixed. sabayong technic be function for make the dough became viscous as seen in the picture ( put the dough into the bowl and then put it on the top of the water heat. keep stir the dough for make an eggs is not  cooked).
  • after a long minutes, when a dough is very viscous, stop the sabayong process, and put in butter into a dough that still hot, for make the butter blend.
  • then  kixed a dough until warm, and pour a dough into the sugar dough that had been make it before , and put into chiller for make it forms.
  • then  Garnish to your liking.
