Equipment and Utensils

1. Ice Shaver

 

Function : make a shaved ice used to make dessert or to cool down food
Materials : stainless steel or metal
Cleaning : clean outside with damp paper towel, doesn't need too much cleaning                             because ice is made out of clean water

2. Kitchen Sink

 

Function : used to wash utensils and also to keep personal hygine by washing hands
Materials : metal or stainless steel
Cleaning : clean the food trap by disposing the trash, clean the outside after use and also the inside

3. Corkscrew

 

Function : open wine or any bottles that uses wooden plug
Materials : stainless steel with plastic
Cleaning : clean the corkscrew with dry paper towel or napkin, doesn't need too much                    cleaning because we don't use it pretty often
