Hallo, this is my second blog from this week. and today still same with yesterday that learn about sponge cake and specialy for today i have make chocolate sponge mandarin. i will give you recipe for chocolate sponge mandarine.

• 15 yellow an eggs
• 5 an eggs
• 15 grm TBM
• 200 gr sugar 
• 100 gr 
• 25 gr chocolate 
• 20 gr milk 
• 25 gr maizena
• 225 gr margarine melted
• 2 sdm pasta chocolate

     How to make it :

• mix yellow an eggs and eggs, TBM and sugar until stif.
• then put in material and mix it all with spatula.

and then put in chocolate to the moll that already greased with margarine and put in to the oven on 160 temperature.
