Assalamualaikum, Halo! this is my third blog on my first week, and it wa still the same with my second daily blog that how to make croissant. and then at the last week the things that should has to more attention is the feeling heart of the maker. if the feeling heart is bad mood, then the croissant will be failed, so you will get the punishment agreed is running around the field. here is how to make it.
The Ingredients :
- 500gr Flour
- 550gr Fresh milk
- 10gr yeast
- 25gr sugar
- 5gr salt
- 300gr white butter
The Process ;
- Prepare all tools and materials
- cut the white butter in square shape (17 x 17)cm
- mix all dry ingredients
- add milk
- Proofing until 1 hours
- Lamination(26 x 26)
- long roll x weight (60 x 20)
- make a single folds, proofing until 30 minutes
- last folds with 110 x 20
- make 12,5 & 6,3 before cutting
- then rolling on
- then bake it
i thing make a croissant is so difficult , because so hard to make it success and conditions that come from the self maker.. thats why i thougt that make a croissant is difficult and its has to be patient.
